Aloha, I’m Noelani.

With over two decades of experience in lending, property management, and real estate, I offer a comprehensive and highly personalized approach to serving clients across the Big Island. My career began in 2001 within the mortgage industry, where I developed a strong foundation in financing, construction lending, and the nuances of successful transactions from start to finish.

In 2009, I built and operated a vacation rental business, giving me firsthand insight into the operational and investment side of owning property in Hawai‘i. This experience continues to shape how I guide clients—whether they are searching for a primary residence, a second home, or a high-performing investment property.

I earned my real estate license in 2017, bringing together my lending expertise, management experience, and deep local knowledge to create a seamless, full-spectrum experience for my clients. In 2026, I further elevated my practice by earning my broker’s license—an extension of my commitment to professionalism, growth, and delivering exceptional results.

Having been raised in Waimea, my connection to this community runs deep. It’s where I raised my children, and where I now enjoy time with my three grandchildren—who are truly the light of my life. Family, connection, and a sense of place are at the heart of everything I do.

Outside of real estate, I embrace the island lifestyle—paddling outrigger canoes, spending time with loved ones, and appreciating the natural beauty that makes this island so extraordinary.
